F&A Joins Hands with the Fire Department to Safeguard Safety
To strengthen employees’ ability to respond to sudden fire incidents, Yisheng Enterprise organizes fire drills twice a year, fully implementing self-defense firefighting teams and rescue exercises in alignment with government requirements. This time, in cooperation with the Taoyuan City Fire Department’s First Battalion, the scenario simulated a sudden fire on the first floor of our factory. The drill covered equipment operation, staff evacuation, emergency reporting, and rescue support, all carried out in a highly realistic and intense manner.

Through this drill, we not only re-examined the company’s response capacity during a fire but also witnessed firsthand the professionalism and courage of the firefighters. The deployment of the information platform vehicle, drones, and firefighting robots demonstrated how technology improves rescue efficiency and protects frontline personnel.

The Chairman Frank emphasized: “Fire safety is life safety. No matter how fast a company develops, it must never neglect the protection of its employees.” Therefore, the company will continue to improve its internal fire prevention programs and, in fulfilling its social responsibility, has donated funds to support the fire department in acquiring more advanced equipment, ensuring that frontline rescuers have better resources to protect lives and property.

This drill was not merely a procedural exercise but also a valuable educational experience for all employees. Through the simulated scenario, each participant gained a deeper understanding of the importance of remaining calm, swift, and accurate in a fire. Once again, we recognized that only by combining the strength of enterprises and fire departments can we secure the most precious golden time for rescue when disasters strike.
